Idyllic place, hospitable owners, delicious food

We were there for a celebration. The few staff (two women for 50 people) were completely overwhelmed, unfriendly and, unfortunately, sometimes incompetent. No consideration, let alone understanding, was shown to children. The food was delicious. Drinks unfortunately not chilled.

A good kitchen

Attention! At funeral celebrations, you get really ripped off here. Coffee is always refilled with jugs and then at € 2.50 per kl. Cup calculated. So you pay 600 € just for coffee. This is really outrageous! How do they actually know how many cups have actually been drunk when they keep refilling even when they are half full? You really don't do that when you have a bereavement! In any case, we'll never go there again.

Was there for the first time yesterday. Ambience is okay, but our seat had a touch of a senior meeting place. Prices are too high for the size of the portions, especially for the drinks: 0.75 liters of water for € 6.90? Almost outrageous. 0.2 liter of cola € 2.90, 0.3 liter of cola € 2.80 - where is the mistake? The food tasted good, the choice for vegetarians and vegans was unfortunately very limited. Waitresses were friendly, food was at the table in a reasonable time. A dish was billed twice, had to go back today and get the 22 € back. Easy parking. Due to the high costs and the comparatively small portions, we will not go back there.

Great ambience for a wedding! Fantastically beautiful

It is a very nice old guest house with a large terrace, where you can sit very well. The sun shines for a long time on the terrace overlooking a pond with a mill ... which can be used as a registry office. The staff is very friendly and the operator is always very attentive. The food tastes very good.

We celebrated our wedding there and were very satisfied with everything. You could tell that professionals are at work there. We were well advised, the implementation left nothing to be desired and the price was right.

Good service, generous portions, simple ambience!

The menu is not extensive, but the dishes on offer are delicious. The restaurant looks great from the outside. Especially with the mill. Great historical flair. The interior is (in diplomatic terms) quaint. Employees are very friendly. Adjacent is the Ittertal, which is perfect for a subsequent digestive walk. One star less because of the prices and the dusty furnishings. But definitely worth it 👍

Cozy place, beautiful view. Excellent location. Delicious food, I recommend you grilled vegetables, fish with almonds and a pancake with warm cherries and vanilla ice cream. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly. It's not our first time here, and we'll come to eat again!

Great old gastronomy, which is lovingly maintained. Food was excellent and present very attentive and friendly. Terrace / house in the middle of nature. Price-performance perfectly fine. We will be back.
